Little Cayman is a tranquil setting for someone looking for property on a quiet island still to be discovered. The island, at approximately 11 miles long and 1 mile wide, has a little over 200 permanent residents and also offers some of the best scuba diving in the world. Reefs start at approximately 20 feet and plunge to 3000 feet in the clear blue waters below. The shallow reefs host a myriad of colourful marine life.

Little Cayman has many sandy beaches along its coastline making it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle. Many local and migratory birds can be seen from the bird lookouts around the island. The Red Footed Booby Bird Rookery is the largest in the western hemisphere and a Ramseur Site. Many anglers visit from all over the world to catch and release Tarpon at Tarpon Lake. The nature trail starting at Salt Rocks dock is a nice hike showing lots of Little Cayman’s heritage.
